Warranty and Returns: Customer Service is one of our top priorities at D&NV.
You can return defective items within 7 days from the date it was received, as indicated by your order tracking information. Our policy covers all manufacturer defective items and items damaged upon arrival.
Items damaged through misuse or improper care are not covered under our policy! If you have received items that you do not know how to use, please do not hesitate to contact us at jlcarbajal.chacon@yahoo.com.mx for proper care instructions and more detailed information about your items. We are happy to help you. Alternatively, Youtube is a great resource for anything you need help with.
For reasons of health and the general safety of our clients and staff, we DO NOT accept returns of atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers, bottled liquid, drip tips, batteries, cotton and cables.
Please note that return shipping is not prepaid, therefore you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Also, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you have received the wrong items, or you can go to one of our stores.
If you receive the wrong or damaged items upon arrival, a return label will be provided. Please return the merchandise within 7 days from the date of shipment to our returns address after contacting us.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect and test your merchandise. If found to be defective, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement of the original items purchased, free of charge, if the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, you will receive a refund to the original payment method used to make your purchase on the site. If during testing your merchandise is determined to be fully functional, we reserve the right to return your merchandise or issue a store credit.
Returns must include all items that come with your product, this applies to Vapers and items that come as sets. If it’s still available, include the packaging your item came in.
All returns are subject to exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have any problems with your items and we will do our best to help you.
How to send returns to D&NV
Pack your merchandise securely in a box or envelope of your choice (you can also use the original packaging if possible). Include your name, contact information and order number.
Send us an email to jlcarbajal.chacon@yahoo.com.mx and we will do our best to organize the collection of your returned product.
Please allow 10 days from the return shipment date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
